Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open my browser 2.Then it pops up 3. I have updated all software involved.
Please go to http://www.macromedia.com/software/flashplayer/ and get the latest version of Flash.
I had already download the flash updates as well.
Then please download the flash uninstaller, uninstall and then reinstall the newest one.
Also note bug 328474.

bug 328474 sounds like the same thing I am having trouble with. I have now done all that they had tried and what was recommended on my report

Reporter - do you have a Norton product installed as well? There has to be a missing common denominator that we haven't found yet.
