Many of these we have an opportunity of doing right in the new cocoa widgets.

Actually, I think we need to mark these bugs which toolkit they are relevant to -- for example, bug 262389 is already fixed in cocoa widgets.

How about using the status whiteboard, and marking [cocoa] and [carbon] (or both)?
