333525 - seamonkey 20060409 will not install, splash screen flashes and thats it. 20060404 is the last build that I can install

 After I downloaded the installer file it installs until the splash screen which flashes once and thats it. I should be able to start seamonkey.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.download 20060409
2.install
3.splash screen flashes and nothing happens

Actual Results:  
splash screen flashes and nothing happens

Expected Results:  
seamonkey should load to profile manager and seamonkey should startup.

prefbar and noscript installed.

Because of some Backend-Changes current Trunk-Builds (SeaMonkey, FF and TB) would not run with Windows 98 or WinME. 
Only Windows2000 and higher are supported now, and yes, this was not nice. 

The 1.8.0 and 1.8-Branch-Builds will run with Win98, but for new Trunk-Builds you have to change your OS. :(

Bug 330276 Drop support for pre-Win2k platforms (Win9x/Me/NT4)
states Win98 support was deliberately removed.
