The dialog that appears that when you drop a link onto the "Home" button is needlessly unclear. See discussion between Ben and MPT here: http://groups.google.com/group/netscape.public.mozilla.ui/msg/bba55ba1b9098b27 Also, let's consider doing away with the checkbox that disables the dialog (since if we have that we would also need to provide a way to turn it back on somewhere).
