Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to the above sites and look at the favicon. There is black where there should not be and it persists when the item is bookmarked.

Actual Results:  
Icon is shown but has black where there should not be.

Expected Results:  
Shown the icon correctly, no black should be out of place.
