"hand" turns into arrow

The "hand" symbol which is used to click on links turns into a black filled arrow, then flicks back to "hand" again. This continues in rapid sequence. This happens ONLY when I listen to online radio (www.dr.dk - jazz channel)

There's a marquee tag on the popup window for the radio station, which is what's cuasing this problem. Duping to Bug 335192, since that one has a testcase.
