Upon getting emails, it would be useful to:

By right mouse clicking on a particular email in inbox will offer option to add mail rule or block the sender of that email.

1. Right mouse click on email in inbox - No such option offered

Are you aware of the top-level menu item   Message | Create Filter from Message
?  Is that the feature you want added to the context menu?

There's also a Create Filter From Message (actually, creates a filter based on the Address) in the context menu of senders/recipients displayed the envelope 
panel, but that's only available when the message is being viewed.

Thanks for responding,
Yes I am aware, however it would be nice if, in the inbox if you can right mouse click on a message (njot reading the message) and in the context menu it would have something like: (Several ideas)

1. Block this sender (If you select this, then it will do it without leaving
                      the inbox - it add's this blocked email in the background)

2. Create Rule/Filter for this sender (This will open a window to set rule  /filter options for this sender/subject in another window)

Please let me know if his is doable. This option would be nice so that you do not have to open a window or select another button to block a sender.
