The month view doesn't remove events when calendars are deleted/unchecked.

Regression from the reuse-grid patches.

This patch solves the problem, although the code is getting a bit unclean.  post 0.3a2, we'll probably want to come back and make the code-flow a bit more straightforward.

r=mvl, but this better be the last regression. If not, i'll remove the reuse of the grids. it's just too fragile.
