Details
Summary says it all. When HTML is disabled, signature is attached normally, but when HTML is enabled, newlines are missing, and signature look strangely. For example:

When did this regress? In the last couple of days?
I noticed this one a few weeks ago, but at that time, I wasn't sure who's responsible. So I cannot say exactly when. Sorry...
