The caret in a XUL textbox seems to be 1 px too far on the right at the beginning of the textbox, there is too much whitespace between the border of the textbox and where you start typing/the caret appears. See URL for a simple XUL testcase (textbox).
This regressed between 2006-02-09-10 and 2006-02-10-10. This is probably a regression from Bug 326123. Maybe this bug here also appears on Win2k only, i do not have the chance to test this here, but Bug 326926 was also Win2k (theme) only.

I'm seeing this on OS X as well. The caret is one px to the right of where it used to be.
OS: Windows 2000 → All
Hardware: PC → All
