User-Agent: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.0.2) Gecko/20060308 Firefox/1.5.0.2 Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; U; PPC Mac OS X Mach-O; en-US; rv:1.8.0.2) Gecko/20060308 Firefox/1.5.0.2 After upgrading to Thunderbird 1.5.0.2 from 1.5 (beta) [I think], I noticed my automatic spell checking would not catch mispellings in the subject of messages. I then did a manual check and indeed it missed the subject again. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open compose new email 2. Misspell word in subject of message 3. Use automatic spellcheck on send or manual spellcheck 4. Raise eyebrow as it is reported that "No misspelled words" is displayed Actual Results: Word is still misspelled Expected Results: I am promtped with suggestions for correcting the misspelled word The only extension I use is Enigmail. Stock config, theme, etc.
If you ignore the misspelling in the body of the message, "No misspelled words" is reported. The subject is never tested.
