JA folder name is displayaing as ??? on the window title on the IMAP tree (using 
English OS)
***** observed with 2000-03-27 beta1 build *****
-open Mail;
-create a folder with JA name ;
- now select a folder and look at the window caption:
//note: folder ?? for [e-mail]
(if it is a known problem please mark as a dup)

i don't see a folder with JA name at all under POP3 account, bug # 33608.

This seems to be the Window title bug on non-JPN systems. 
On Japanese Windows, IMAP JPN folder names in show OK. 
Marina is using WinNT-4 US. We probably have a bug for 
this elsewhere.

This is a well-known bug -- currently there is no support 
for charset which is not native to the OS in the window title area
since we seem to be using a native widget there.
