At gablly.com you see a chat frame at the top right of the page. You can drag this chat frame. In current trunk builds the frame is moving a bit wobbly while dragging. This regressed between 2005-10-07 and 2005-10-08. This is a regression from bug 311550. I tested this by local backout of the patch in that bug.
Hmm.... So do we basically have some drag code somewhere that really wants things to be repainted but doesn't bother saying so? Note also bug 325455...
Flags: blocking1.9a2?
No, that doesn't seem to help. I hope I'll be able to make a simplified testcase, tomorrow.
Martijn, have time for a testcase?
I have time to make the testcase, but I haven't been able to do it. I am sort of able to minimise the markup, but the minimising the js mess is kind of impossible.
While trying to come up with a minimised testcase, I found bug 342585 and bug 342589. Those are different bugs, because they have different regression ranges. Although bug 342585 might perhaps be related.
