When a bookmark is set to use microsummary, its label is set by the microsummary. On 2.0 Branch, this is true wherever the bookmark sits. On Trunk, the label is the microsummary's one only if the bookmark sits directly in the Bookmarks Places Toolbar and in all other cases (in a subfolder, in the bookmarks menu, ...) the label is the default bookmark one.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Goto http://www.edazzle.net/
2. Click on 'Bookmark this page'
3. Change 'Don't Display Summary' to the summary and save the bookmark on the bookmarks toolbar 
4. Bookmarks label change to "edazzle dot net: xx/xx/2006 - xxxxxxxxxxx"
5. Create a new folder in the Bookmarks Plces Toolbar
5. Move the edazzle.net bookmark into the new folder
6. Notice the bookmark label 

Actual Results:  
Bookmark label change to "edazzle dot net" and don't use the microsummary anymore

Expected Results:  
No changes, label should still be set using the microsummary.

canceling review for now. if bug 373500 is fixed for A6 it'll also fix this. if we can't get that fix, then we could take this as wallpaper for the time being.
