If Bookmarks added to the bookmark toolbar first normal bookmarks and then live bookmarks the live bookmarks appears as normal bookmarks in the toolbar

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Build an extension with CCK
2. put some normal bookmarks (and a folder) to the toolbar with "Customize the Bookmarks Toolbar - Part One" to the extension
3. put some live bookmarks to the toolbar with "Customize the Bookmarks Toolbar - Part One" to the extension
4. install the extensions
5. have a look to the new bookmarks in the toolbar



Expected Results:  
Live bookmarks has to appear as live bookmarks, normal bookmarks as normal bookmarks
