Exporting and Importing the collection of RSS Subscriptions does not maintain folder structure.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Subscribe to some RSS Feesds
2. organized them into a heirarchy of folders (as if to be categories.)
3. Save, then export.
4. Import that file containing the RSS Subscriptions into a new installation or account of Thunderbird.


Actual Results:  
You see that only a list of RSS feeds is there an all those folders and their heirarchy are not longer there.

Expected Results:  
The RSS Subscriptions should be there organized within the folder heirarchy.

Only import should be broken.
