Whenever I open up a mailbox on my IMAP account I get a popup-alert "Warning: mailbox is at 95% of quota". This interferes with the usability of the program, and should be able to be suppressed. Also, this message shouldn't be of a modal nature, requiring user input. And it shouldn't pop-up in the middle of the screen.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open IMAP mailbox which is over 90% of quota
2.close popup
3.close popup

The big complaining bug for IMAP quota being model appears to bug 247193. DUP'ing.
