We don't have "team" accounts, we do separate accounts for individuals.

Like I said in bug #339627, I follow their mailing-list and I can confirm they are the current pt-PT team. I don't think that counts as a voucher though.

Have not yet received the form, but he indicated he just mailed it 6-5. He can try to send me a PDF file via email to expedite the process.

I faxed it on June 2nd. I thought that would be enough to expedite the process? I can send a PDF file, but of another form (yes, I was stupid enough not to keep a copy of the form I mailed).
