When answering to letter, currently TB insert only one ">" before quoted lines. It will be fine, if for new (non-quoted in original letter) lines there will added author initials (first 3-5 letters of words from name or, in case of missing name, from address itself). Let sugegst, Arkady V.Belousov wrote:

Another answer to this letter (note: "isddm" in case if processed 5 words from name/address):

Note: in original letter there is already quotatuion ("AVB>"), so for these initials "isddm" doesn't added, only additional ">". How to detect "already quoted lines"? Easy: if composer will include 3-5 initials, then check presence for ">" in first 4-6 characters of each line.
