Bug 251502 removed the <a name="chart"> tag from boolean-charts.html.tmpl, and now clicking the "Add" or "Or" button in the boolean charts section doesn't bring us to this section anymore.

Now we have the simple search tab "Find a specific bug", and in some strange situations we might link to query.cgi#chart but have the simplified form displayed. In this case the #chart locator will simply not work, so there's nothing wrong with it.
