Softhome no longer offers free POP retrieval. Change my CVS accounts from jocuri%softhome.net to vladd%bugzilla.org (both the www and the code repository).

This account was renamed in Bugzilla a while back, so this is a given (surprised we hadn't done it a while back).  Marcia: assign back to me for the back-end stuff once you have the paperwork side done.

Not much point keeping this open, I think. We need a new form if you're actively using the account, but recent audits would have disabled it if you hadn't.
