User-Agent: Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 6.0; Windows NT 5.0) Build Identifier: version 1.5.0.4 (20060516) I see similar problem occured before, but unfortunatelly that explanations given in the reply are not useful to me. My problem is little bit different. I'm opperating two accounts within the same application (version stated above), and both worked perfectly until last update (to 1.5.0.4). Now, I have following situation - Formating Toolbar is visible at one account and completely invisible in another (even in the "View menu"). Of course, doesn't matter is it in "Reply" or "Writte New Message" or "Forward" window. Reproducible: Couldn't Reproduce Steps to Reproduce: 1. By reinstalling complete application 2. By confirming all settings (Plain text, html, etc) 3. Actual Results: No results. All remain the same. Expected Results: I was hoped it will be ok, but it's not. This happens to some other computers as well, which operate with one email account only, so I don't belive it's up to the number of accounts.

Since you've checked the View | Toolbars submenu and don't see "Formatting Toolbar," you've undoubtedly got something configured to Compose In Plain Text, despite your claim otherwise. Note that this setting is per-identity (and there can be several identities for each account). You can edit the identities via Tools | Account Settings -- the topmost settings page for each account has a Manage Identities button. Edit each identity and check the settings on the Composition & Addressing tab.
Denis sent me mail indicating that he'd solved his problem by reinstalling.
