There is an bug in the context menu in Firefoz 1.5.0.4 where you get an 2 row
scroll for 1 item, and no way to disable that bug scroll 

Reproducible: Always

1. Annoyed me

2. ABLE TO DISABLE IT

You can't reproduce it because the STR isn't "here's a screenshot," it's "trigger a context menu that actually needs scrolling, then you'll get scrollarrows for all context menus."
