After adding wrong URL, there remains undeletable entry in RSS-channel subscribe property window.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Select "Order subscribes" (in right panel, when marker is on RSS account, or
through Tools / Account preferences / Order subscribes button).
2. Press Add button - this opens RSS-channel subscribe property window).
3. There in Address field enter wrong URL (for example, http://forum.farmanager.com/viewforum.php?f=6&sid=7069ffd9fcce77b0b96299d245b6af68).
4. Press Ok.
5. TB warns about wrong format and places wrong URL inside group with same name (as URL itself).
6. Expand folder with wrong URL and remove wrong URL.
7. Try to remove wrong folder - it doesn't removed there, only in main window.

Reporter, does the issue still occur in the latest supported 2.0.0.x / Shredder trunk nightlies?

(1.5.0.x is now end-of-life and the latest supported 2.0.0.x is 2.0.0.16)
