Looking at the key, maybe yes. IIRC, there's a difference between an ssh key and
the fun thing that putty does. There's a tool somwhere out there to convert one 
into the other, though, IIRC.

As this has form and voucher, it can go over to IT, maybe they can live with a
putty key just as well.
