When you try to download a file by rightclick->"Save as" on link, this dialog saves last directory used. Next time file chooser opens with that directory as default.
When you try to download something then by clicking on the link, and choose "save" in open/save dialog, then you have different default directory. This dialog's path is saved too, but it's different from the first case.

And other way round - last directory from open/save is not default one in rightclick->"save as" dialog.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. rightclick on link and choose "save as", change directory, save file
2. click on link, choose "save"
3. default directory is different from the first one



Expected Results:  
These dialogs should have common "last directory" / "history" for convenience and to be more intuitive.

Same thing for File->"Save as" probably
