Open two tabs, one with a secure site (https://addons.mozilla.org/) and one insecure site (http://www.mozilla.com). 2. Toogle between this to sites Actual Results: The address bar will increase its size by 1px when the secure site is selected, and will decrease its size by 1px when the insecure site is selected. Expected Results: The address bar shouldn't change its size.
