I have an LDAPS server configured in Thunderbird and if do anything that causes Thunderbird to access the server during a session then while shutting down Thunderbird I get a window titled "Alert" that says "The operation can not be completed because of an internal failure. A secure network communication has not been cleaned up correctly."  I get no such error if I do not perform any actions that would cause Thunderbird to try to access said LDAPS server

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open address book
2. select the LDAPS server I configured
3. type an @ sign into the search box which will kick off a connection and search operation
4. Close Thunderbird

Actual Results:  
I get a window titled "Alert" that says "The operation can not be completed because of an internal failure. A secure network communication has not been cleaned up correctly."

Expected Results:  
No such error message
