341571 - Onload not one alarm dialog loads but one for each event

Upon load of Sunbird, an alarm dialog loads when there events with alarms set on them, this should load one dialog and add the rest to the list, however there is one dialog box for each of the events.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create Multiple Events in the future, which will expire at a similar time
2. Close Sunbird
3. Load Sunbird again after the time when the events will have expired

Actual Results:  
One dialog box for each event is shown

Expected Results:  
One dialog box for all event alarms
