Build Identifier: Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; ko; rv:1.8.0.4) Gecko/20060508 Firefox/1.5.0.4
The origin hierarchy of my email folders were like below:
--------------------
International
-Korean
-Japanese
--------------------
I found "International" is quite long word, and changed it into "Intl." with a dot in the end.
--------------------
Intl.
-Korean
-Japanese
--------------------
When I reboot Thunderbird the subfolders "Koran", "Japanese" disappeared.
Even the dot in the word "Intl." also was gone.
--------------------
Intl
--------------------
Though there remains a folder named "Intl..sbd" Thunderbird can not recognize
names of folder with "dot" in the end.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Change the folder name with ". dot" in the end.
2.Rootboot Thunderbird.
3.
Actual Results:
Subfolders which had their upper folder with ". dot" disappear.
This can be very serious problem, since I could have chance to lost all of my emails from Korean and Japanese friends. They were like 400.
