When an engine is uninstalled for good (which is the case for profile search plugins), it's associated meta data (alias, sort order) should also be removed.

Just for my information: the engineMetaDataService currently stores some update attributes (updatelastmodified, updateexpir, updatedatatype), the alias, whether the engine is hidden, and the engine order.
