34188 - Right mouse button doesn't bring up menu, disables keyboard

This behavior showed up on nightly talkback build fetched 2000/04/01

Steps to reproduce:
    1) Go to bugzilla.
    2) Notice that you can still type into the bugid field.
    3) Right mouse button to try and bring up menu.  Notice nothing happens.
    4) Try to type into bugid field again.  Notice nothing happens.

Keyboard input isn't just disabled for forms, but for URL bar, etc etc.

hmm..apparently that didn't come up too nicely. anyways, this is a dup of 27827 
so someone with the correct permissions should mark it as such.

Not an EXACT duplicate, since the context menu never appears.  But yeah,
same basic behavior.

"missing context menus" is bug 34079

since both parts of this bug appear to be acccounted already in other bugs, I'm
going to resolve this bug as a dup of the more obvious problem (no menu drawing).
