Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to http://landfill.mozilla.org/mxr-test/seamonkey/source/modules/libpref/public/nsIPrefBranch2.idl.
2. Wait... wait...
Results:
The page never finishes loading because unstable.elemental.com is down.
Expected results:
Page loads fine.
Let's just remove these links altogether.

not a chance. if you want to do this, write a proper patch that uses lxr.conf

in case i wasn't clear, we don't turn things off by deleting features.
and the docroot stuff has at times changed its path format, so perhaps you could also fix it to take those settings from the config (and if they're blank, not use the feature).
