We need a way to indicate in the system that an add-on is inactive or abandoned, to help set user expectations and deal with non-responsive creators.

This flag exists in Remora and the Developer Pages side is done.
Target Milestone: 2.2 → 3.0

So, I kindof morphed the inactive flag in Remora to mean "deleted" instead of "not under active development". Is the original request of this bug still something we want to do? Presumably if an add-on is sucking (no longer working/compatible) and the developer isn't responding, we would just bump it back to the sandbox.

I think we should think of the sandbox as beta, incomplete and half-baked stuff, including stuff that belongs under the sand. :-)
So, I'm marking this as WONTFIX.
