Right now if you go to https://addons.mozilla.org/ and login using the link at the bottom, https://addons.mozilla.org/login.php , then click the "Login to Submit" <https://addons.mozilla.org/developers/> link, you'll have to log in again.
Expected results:
You shouldn't have to login twice.
