SeaMonkey is working on moving/copying more items to /suite for building as a xul app the moves have already been approved in bug 342897 and I'll attach a copy here.

Dave, just seen your comment at https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=341149#c3 

Most of the files on this patch we just want to copy (not move) but also copy cvs history - can we still do that?

Sure. His comment just means that if the files are intended to move, he dosn't remove them at the old location, that something the requester still has to do himself. What Dave does is just copying the cvs history of the file to the new location...
