Details

This occurs in 1.5, 2, and trunk. Steps to reproduce: 1. Set up an RSS account. 2. Go to Account Setting and change Check for New Messages every [ ] minutes to 5 minutes. 3. Close the Account Settings window and wait for 5 minutes. Results: RSS feeds are not updated every 5 minutes. (I'm assuming the pref. to update every 100 minutes is still in effect.) Expected Results: Feeds are updated every five minutes. I found that this setting works fine after restart.
