   Selection is temporarily disabled when you right-click the URL box.  One
cannot select the URL by dragging the mouse while holding down the left mouse
button until another component is selected or the window is resized.

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.load bugzilla(probably dosen't matter what)
2.right click url
3.selection is disabled until another component is selected

Actual Results:  Selection dosen't work	

Expected Results:  Selection should continue to work	

There may be budding features on the right click, so either implement right
button or allow graceful recovery.
