I go into Tools -> Account Settings and only 1 of the 3 addresses I have set up to receive mail can be expanded (Server Settings, Copies & Folders, etc)
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Set up multiple incoming accounts
2. Open Account Settings
3. Look
Actual Results:
Only one account can be expanded
Expected Results:
All account details are editable.
I managed to go into the prefs.js and mimic the necessary changes from the account I could edit.

Version 20060220 trunk is *waaaay to old* to report bug with! This has been fixed since march trunk builds.

I haven't seen any newer x64 builds of Thunderbird - can you direct me towards one?

I don't think you need any special build (?). Try the windows builds from
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/nightly/latest-trunk
If you were counting on the built-in update, that's been broken on and off...
