Build Identifier: Mozilla Thunderbird version 3 alpha 1 (20060705) with Lightning 0.1+ (build 2006070507)

Trying to import a .ics file created using Outport displays an error dialog and does not import the iCalendar events

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Calendar > Import ...
2. Select the .ics file and click Open

Actual Results:  
Dialog box appears with title "Error getting calendar" and exception information that starts:

Unable to read from file: C:\outlook\simple.ics
[Exception...

Expected Results:  
Import iCalendar file

Import of same file in Sunbird works correctly (Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8a5) Gecko/20050111 Mozilla Sunbird/0.2RC2)

The 3 errors generated in the Error Console are:

I think this is the same problem as in Bug 343053.

Did you used the official Thunderbird build from http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/nightly/latest-trunk/ ?

If yes, does it works with the Thunderbird build from ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/calendar/lightning/nightly/latest-trunk/ ?

Yes, the original install used the official Thunderbird build (the .exe if that matters).

And yes, the import works using the "Lightning" version of Thunderbird 3.0a1
