We want to create a page much like http://www.mozilla.com/firefox/all.html which contains the bouncer links for all the available localized builds of the latest release of a project. This page should be used for all future alphas, betas, rcs, etc of Firefox.

The recommended approach would be to re-add products/firefox/all-beta.html .  It's currently removed with an intentionally-temporary redirect to all.html.

I think we want this page to exist in the /bonecho project sphere like the rest of the stuff, and not on mozilla.com. We should update the redirect, though, and use the all-beta.html name ... so

http://www.mozilla.org/projects/bonecho/all-beta.html

and redirect www.mozilla.com/firefox/all-beta.html to that page.
