I'm seeing this for a few weeks now, so someone must have reported it... Steps: - drag a folder over another folder that has subfolders and is not expanded Expected: - the folder should expand to show its subfolders Actually: - nothing happens

Similar to bug 340811; likely means that it's fallout from bug 296040.
This is reported against a trunk build of SM? Which has been recently converted to toolkit, yes? TB bug 338401, should be moved to Toolkit and this duped to that.

No, it shouldn't be moved to the Toolkit component. SeaMonkey isn't yet a full-fledged XULRunner app (there is one, but that's only in development-stage and not yet built and posted on the FTP servers as a nightly build). Bug 338401 really belongs in XUL core code.
