STR: 1. Open google.com in current page. 2. Drag an HTML file from Windows Explorer and drop it on the "All tabs" button. Actual results: The file gets opened in the current tab overwriting google.com Expected results: The file is loaded in a new tab. This is regression from 1.5, which loaded the file in a new tab when it was dropped on the tab strip outside any of the tabs. Note that dropping a link from inside Firefox to the All tabs button opens it in a new tab, as expected. Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1b1) Gecko/20060726 BonEcho/2.0b1 gavin confirmed the bug on windows, and A`ja on IRC said it was not a problem on Linux.
