When switching between the different panes in the Preferences Window, the window changes size based on the bottom co-ordinates instead of the top co-ordinates.
Rephrased: the Pref Window grows upwards instead of downwards

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Pref Window
2. change pane (e.g. 'Content' to 'Feeds')
3.

Actual Results:  
Grow/shrink from the bottom up

Expected Results:  
Grow/shrink from the top down

I can confirm this, bug is present in Cocoa but not in Carbon.

Attachment: fix v0.8

This fixes the problem in a way, but its not very smooth the way we are trying to animate the resize in prefs.

Remove the unnecessary cast to float and file a followup about getting rid of kTitleBarHeight.

Fixed on trunk. The jerky animation is another issue. I hope to take care of the jerky animation with bug 347452.
