You should contact the authors of the themes in question so that they can update the description; this isn't a bug in AMO.

It is a bug in amo. The notice is displayed for every Thunderbird extension and Thunderbird theme. But it's slightly wrong for themes since you need to open Tools->Themes instead of Tools->Extensions: http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsblame.cgi?file=mozilla/webtools/addons/public/tpl/addon.tpl&rev=1.27&mark=77,80#75

*blush* -- I didn't notice it was a Thunderbird extension, though it says basically everywhere. Thanks for the correction.

It's all going to become irrelevant with Tb2 & the Add-on Manager.
OS: Windows XP → All
Hardware: PC → All
This bug has been partly obsoleted in that there's no difference between extension and theme manager anymore in Thunderbird 2. But it should say "Add-ons" instead of extension manager.

Please forgive the morph; that text is gone in Remora entirely, but we need something like it put back. Possibly just a link to FAQ content would suffice here. I'd like to figure this out for 3.1, so that we have it in place for the Tb2 launch.
