I started noticing frequent hangs in the July 28 1.8 branch nightly, and am now seeing it in the July 31 nightly. It seems like it's linked with the app receiving focus, but that might be my imagination. The most recent time it happened, the only two tabs I had open were
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/request.cgi pages (warning, big page).
Could this be related to bug 345562?
I have a couple of samples from hangs with the 28 Jul nightly (maybe 1 of every 3 hangs).
Unfortunately, I wasn't paying much attention to what I was doing before any of these happened, but it could have involved bringing focus back to the app; I do remember some of the time thinking "it was just stitting in the bg; why is it hanging?"

Dupe of either bug 346233 or bug 346308.
Yeah, I bet it's a dupe of those (bug 346233 mentions bug 321299, which was the problem before when I filed bug 345562). Thanks, Adam; I missed that bug 321299 had landed on the branch again. It might have past smoketests this time, but clearly it's still problematic.
Ian, if you're comfortable this is a dupe, dupe it (or grab a sample at next hang); I'd do it myself, but since you filed it and these are my samples, I'd prefer to let you make sure ;)
