We've got .htaccess happening already, we ought to have /faq/ instead of /faq.php etc. I'm guessing that the .htaccess.dist file I see in CVS isn't the real one we're using? So how do I make a patch?
We do have this, I'm pretty sure: https://addons.mozilla.org/firefox/faq/ etc.
