[tags] delete a tagged imap message, undo delete does not restore the tag

the tag appears to persist when I do this with a local message.

friffle. Do you know off the top of your head if your server supports user-defined keywords? An imap protocol log would tell me. We should be able to get this to work even if it doesn't, but it would be especially bad if this wasn't working when the server did support keywords.

I'm using the mozilla.com IMAP server, fwiw.

ok.  good news is that with mail other imap server (on meer.net) this is not an issue.

bug 353570 is related, and that fix is probably necessary, but unfortunately not sufficient to fix this one.

I can't re-test it as I'm using Gmail IMAP and undo is broken (Bug 467841)
