Right now the ordering of tags in the View toolbar item is different from in the message context menu and the preferneces. We need to have the same order for tags everywhere. This might be slightly more complicated since people can now add/delete tags and possibly change their order...
(Partly) Dupe of bug 342065? The user currently has no (real) control over the order of tags in these menus.
