With the new theme refresh, the content panel of the preferences only use half of the horizontal space it could use.

Man, those icons really do look bad. "Main", "Security" and "Advanced" go together, but all the others don't. It's the first time I'm seeing them, sorry for being off-topic.
Added [Mac] in title to ease triage. (Please stay on topic)
Summary: With new theme, content panel does use only half of the space → [Mac] With new theme, content panel does use only half of the space
I don't see that bug. Looks like there might be something wrong with the Fonts drop-down menu?
Mark, I've conducted some more test.

I've created a brand new profile. It does have only the three standard extension installed (DOMi, Talkback and XForms 0.6).

The bug shows up.

I've disabled XForms 0.6 and restarted: the bug doesn't shows up.
I've re-enabled XForms 0.6 and restartd: the bug shows up again.

There is an interaction between Mozilla XForms 0.6 and the fonts (like you pointed it out: it seems the font list being empty is causing the preferences glitch)
Confirming. Removing bug 347454's dependency, as this problem exists with the original Pinstripe theme in the 0803 build with XForms installed.

XForms should not be included in the default installation. This is bug 347421. Even so, this bug should not occur when XForms is installed, regardless of whether it's present by default or installed by the user.

Regarding comment 3, please feel free to file a new bug about the inconsistency.

teoli, are you on an Intel Mac? This may actually be caused by bug 347421: the xforms extension erroneously present in the standard installation does not contain x86 bits, and so may be dysfunctional.
No, I'm on a PowerPC Mac (A MacMini with 10.3.9)
